Return and Refund Policy
Change of mind
There is a no refund policy for change of mind so please make sure that you decide carefully.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the rectify ASAP.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.
Cancellation of Order
We will only be able to cancel your order prior to shipping your order, if you ordered prior to 12pm Monday - Friday your order will be shipped the same day. If you order after 12pm your order ships the follow business day. If more than 24 business hours have passed we are unable to proceed with the cancellation request.
To start a return, contact us at support@solunafit.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that you will need to send your product back in its original packaging. Items not returned in its original package will be subject to a partial refund. Items not returned in its original package will be subject to a partial refund of 70% of the cost of the goods. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost:
Restocking fee: No restocking fee.
If your item is accepted to be returned you will be emailed a returns notice to return item to the post office, please keep goods in original packaging/box.
Refunds will only be provided for the cost of the items returned, any shipping expenses or upsells including express shipping will not be subject for refund after a return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your cancellation request is received or your return is delivered to us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Banks can take up to 7-10 business days to complete the refund process and release the amount to your account.
